The Pilots Scholars Program starts in Ghana in September 2015, with its entering class of about 30 Junior Secondary School students. These students who would be called PILOT SCHOLARS shall be given financial, mentoring, remedial and health support with the sole aim of helping them to be successful in School. The aim is to ensure that each scholar gets into Senior Secondary School and ultimately college. Students selected into our program would be those that would otherwise not make it without our support. Our first intake would be selected from schools in the Western Region of Ghana due to the low pass rate and high poverty in the region.
